Back in 2009, I was told I needed surgery to remove some of my reproductive organs (hysterectomy). To me it sounded like a complicated, unpleasant, weird, and unacceptable statement. His staff are really unprofessional and rude. Change DR. After second visit.
My daughter was seen by Dr. Lambert today and we were pleasantly surprised and happy to find that he was warm and friendly, yet very professional. Dr. Lambert made us feel comfortable and he gained our trust quickly because he took the time to explain the process and set up our expectations under his care. The nurse was knowledgeable, patient, and nice. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. It is so nice to know that we have this facility right in our neighborhood. I shall be telling my friends about them.
