I had my 2 yr old at this location for about 5 months, she was constantly getting bitten and then I was told that my 2 yr old was aggressive, yet she never bit anyone. Before I decided to pull her out, her registration fee was waived and now I'm getting calls that it's been sent to collections, I am not paying them jack. KinderCare has been such a great daycare facility for my children. They have been attending KinderCare going on 2 years now and this is the longest daycare they have been at. The entire staff and director Ms. Whitney is amazing! They will go out of their way for my babies and I couldn’t be more grateful for a better group of people watching over my kids. I wish I could give this place a zero. Place is suppose to be a safe & caring place for kids. those kids matter & deserve better. You guys shouldn’t let all of these issues slide anymore.
Revised review. This daycare is terrible and the directors match the trend. If you want your kids taken care of and fed, don’t send them here, best thing I ever did was take my daughter out of this daycare.
