We have here a 1 quart plant I bought replanted in a 1 gallon container. If they had repotted it correctly I wouldn’t have minded. But no, they took the root-bound quart plant & stuck it in a gallon container of potting soil. Is this ethical? Nope Bought at PW Stop & Shop.
