Been trying for over 2 years with this office to get my children's dentures secondary to genetic condition. The lack of communication on the office part between us ,insurance, and office communication. After final approval the dentures made 2 years prior didn't fit properly, no surprise. Adjustments made appointment given over a month away. They Called to confirm appointment 3 days before. Day before office visit get a call canceling due to insurance denial we were previously approved for back to square one.
