Unpleasant encounter with their territory sales manager Joel Birkenbach. Made me feel very uncomfortable in his communication with me and left me feeling scared for my safety. For this reason I’ll avoid doing business with this company.
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!!! On 7/17/2024, I reached out to Norman Sales Support to inquire about purchasing replacement louvers for my shutters and I got the total runaround. The sales support team referred me to Norman’s dealer network. Update: my negative reviews are what finally caught their attention. A replacement blind was finally sent but it arrived bent beyond repair, it's now been another 6 months since then and I finally have a satisfactory replacement, so in total it's taken 17 months. They asked that I update my review (happy to do) and give them a good review (not happening). Clearly it's the reviews that motivate them.
