My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Klein for many years. He is a wonderful and compassionate doctor. His staff is professional and kind as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Klein!!
Dr. Klein is overall a kind person. I respect that. I will say though, there seems to be a complete lack of communication between the front desk and the doctor. The doctor will tell me one thing when I see him, and the front desk will tell me the exact opposite. For example, the doctor just told me to schedule a video visit for next year’s appointment so I can avoid the hassle of coming into the doctor’s office just to get a refill.
