My company has been using Hubbard & Assoc. for many years. Appraisers are ordered through the processor on a rotating basis and, I must say, that whenever Hubbard & Assoc. is assigned to one of loans, I know the appraisal will be done quickly and completely. With many of the appraisals, underwriting has to go back and request information be corrected, I hardly ever see that with Hubbard & Associates. They get it right the first time! Trust me ....you won't be disappointed with their service!
