I bought a big man's recliner and 3 months later it broke. Normans furniture never would fix it even a year later. I finally went through the manufacturer and got a store credit for it and went to Huntsville Alabama to to replace it because I'm never dealing with normans furniture in Fayetteville tn again.
This is a wonderful family owned business. We needed 2 new recliners for tv room. Tod was very knowledgeable and helpful. With his help we picked a recliner that fit my husband’s needs and one that fit mine. He was friendly and patient with us. I would highly recommend this furniture store. Could not be more pleased!
