We recently took our 2025 Chevrolet Blazer to Fertitta Chevrolet’s Collision Center due to hail damage. I’d like to start out by saying Terri Lilly, manager over the Collision Center, is a true asset to Fertitta Chevrolet. She was very reassuring that our Blazer would look brand new and to not worry. I have been really reluctant to post a negative comment, but I'm so upset with how horrible my repairs were. First I pick up my vehicle, I find scratches all over my bumpers from them dragging them on the ground, paint not finished, paint cracking, etc. Now, after I asked them to look at a leak that wasn't there before (1st wreck), only to barely get a comment of "we can look at the door gasket," but the leak is coming from the backside of my truck where they would have done some work.
