A few weeks ago I went in for my annual fitness visit. At the end of the visit the wellness person and I agreed that all was well. She did suggest if I wished I could consider adding a vitamin B12 to my diet because my number was closer to 200 than 900. I thanked her and left. A few weeks later I received a bill charging me for her advice. How was this not a part of the wellness visit? For over 30 years, My Doctor, The Best of the Best....Last week I suffered Vertigo at age 74, the first time in my life. The office worked me in, Dr Castellano explained the illness, prescribed medication and a week later, I am as good as new....I appreciate you and what you do....Jim
