I have been going there since their inception in Mandarin.I moved away and cane back they did my brakes,oil change and wiper blades for much better price than the competition. They had amazing communication and I'll keep returning back .To find a mechanic shop that is trustworthy and fair with prices is a unicorn 🦄!

I HIGHLY recommend. My car’s issue was repaired at a lower price than quoted. Although it was an exceptional circumstance due to the repair being more simple than expected, they were honest with me which is all a person can ask for. I worked with Mr. Raymond and he provided me great customer service and TRUSTWORTHINESS which is hard to find today in any field.

They had me wait a month to tell me theirs nothing they could do and referred me to someone else. When any other mechanic would have had me bring it in, to look at it and give me an estimate…these geniuses had me wait to tell me they can’t fix it and if I don’t my car is toast. Waste of my time, took the whole day off to go get my car fixed. Had to limit my work hours bc I didn’t know what the problem was and didn’t wanna pay someone 100 dollars to tell me something i possibly already knew. You guys suck. Do better

Best in the business. A moron customer (myself) was wondering if my a/c was brand new, why was the compressor so dirty? I should have confirmed first where the ac compressor was located because I was looking at the power steering pump. Stupid. The part had nothing to do with what was replaced, it was an entirely different part of the motor. Still they were kind and took in my car in to check it out. How humbling. I've become way too used to people not doing the right thing and trying to take advantage by me. Still no excuse ... read more
