This place would be great with a totally different staff. These women are lazy, incompetent, disorganized, and they never follow up! Mostly, the gate is pulled down to the office , while staff is in the office! Secondly, blood was in the stairway and in the lobby a few days ago, almost until the day ended, and the staff was informed multiple times. Do better! This is a senior facility!
Great place to live, but the light bill are high because they have their own electrical service. Watch out for my new review soon. Management have an attitude problem and don't treat the residents as they deserve. Not very friendly towards the residents. God is not Mark for whatsoever a man soweth that is what he also shall reap. This is prophecy through the word of God. UPDATE: Since my first review my mom and I have since been back to this location for a proper interview. It was explained to us what happened and unfortunately, where the handicap button is to open the doors is not in the best spot and you can clearly miss it if you are not aware that it is there b/c it isn’t close to the doors. Anyhoo, the tour of this place was nice. However compared to some other senior living places it doesn’t offer as many actives or amenities.
