Great staff and excellent dentist. Been going here for awhile now. There is usually little to no wait time to be seen either. You are usually called back within minutes of your appointment time. My appointment was at 4:00 and they called me back at 4:10 and the tech apologized for making me wait. Unheard of! I feel lucky to have found this dental team.
Got in right away, everyone is very friendly and welcoming, love my hygienist who is thorough and answered all my questions.
I can’t say enough good things about my recent visit. I’ve always felt that I can count on my dentist and his staff — they are consistently professional, caring, and thorough. When I experienced acute dental pain, they were able to get me in within 24 hours and quickly addressed the emergency. From the front desk to the exam room, the entire team made me feel cared for and supported. This office is truly a gem in Redding, and I’m incredibly grateful to have them as my dental care providers.
