the crew came for a seasonal furnace tuneup and they was very polite. the technician check the burners, clean the flame sensor, and test all the saftey controls. he explain what he find and answer every question we had. the furnace start easier now and it dont make the same clicking noise. they also leave the basement cleaner then before, and the final cost were exactly what we was told.

the team replaced our outdated thermostat with a programmable model. they checked the existing wiring, installed the new unit neatly, and showed us how to create weekday and weekend schedules. the instructions were easy to understand, and the technician stayed until we were comfortable using every setting. he also tested both the heating and cooling systems to confirm they responded properly. the appointment was efficient, the pricing was clear, and there was no cleanup needed afterward.

Our furnace stopped working during a cold morning, and Air Conditioning & Heating Repair arranged service sooner than expected. The technician diagnosed a faulty flame sensor, explained the repair clearly, and provided the total price before beginning. He had the correct part and restored the heat during the same visit. He also tested the safety controls and thermostat before leaving. The response, preparation, and workmanship were outstanding, and every part of the service felt professionally handled.

the technicians arrived within the scheduled window and completed a thorough air conditioning tune-up. they checked the condenser, electrical connections, thermostat settings, air filter, and airflow at several vents. the technician explained what was in good condition and pointed out one component that may need attention in the future. there was no pressure to replace anything early. the service area was left clean, the invoice matched the quoted price, and the AC has been running smoothly since the appointment.
