VERY rude and unprofessional! Rarely answers phone (called for over a WEEK straight - get voicemail and says its full). The lady who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful, rude, unprofessional, refused to give me her name and hung up. Now when I call she answers and immediately hangs up without saying anything.
