Honestly some of the highest quality medical advisement and treatment I've had in 15 years. Truly a phenomenal practitioner.
She really listens and is there for you very caring
I love Dr. Ogbonna. The staff at Ohio Health are all very caring and efficient. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. From the receptionists to the nurses to the doctor, I couldn't be more pleased with my care. Dr. Ogbonna is very sweet and answers all my concerns. Very very good care all the way around. She is my favorite doctor I have had in my 70 years.
I thought she was going to be good knowing she was fresh into the doctor field. She isn't.i have had to reiterate things to her on several occasions. Communication is hard because if you call the office, you actually talk to a switchboard and they do not give the communi action to the doctor in a timely fashion. When you message on the mychart, there is no back and forth, no full questions to be asked, or they just don't answer anything at all.
