Just wanted to share what an amazing experience I had as a new patient with Dr. Norma Iglesias's office. From the front desk, the nurses, the girl who drew my blood- mind you I am a hard stick and she got it on the first try!! The most amazing to me was PA-Mr. Carlos Vela- he was so professional and so thorough when he went over my lab results. He identified health issues, I wasn't even aware of! I have been with this doctor for a very long time I say about 20 yrs that’s it no more going back they have gotten so bad to a point where no matter appointment or not u there for hours and hours and today I got there at 2 and got out at 830pm I have tried to give them the benefit of doubt and they as well forget about referrals and they don’t call u to tell you the appointment time.Its sad but I have to look for another family doctor
Be prepared to go back and forth if referred to go anywhere else. Seemed to not keep clear record of their patients or appointments.
Horrible, they honestly don’t know what they’re doing.
I had an appointment on April 3rd 2026 Good Friday. at the San Juan Clinic and nobody from their office called to let me know they were going to be closed so I show up Friday and of course it was closed. I went this Monday April 6, 2026 and I signed in just to find out they had put me as a walk in when I showed them the appointment card that I had the appointment on Good Friday.
