Horrible, they honestly don’t know what they’re doing.
I had an appointment on April 3rd 2026 Good Friday. at the San Juan Clinic and nobody from their office called to let me know they were going to be closed so I show up Friday and of course it was closed. I went this Monday April 6, 2026 and I signed in just to find out they had put me as a walk in when I showed them the appointment card that I had the appointment on Good Friday. The PAs and nurses are awesome! Most of the receptionists are helpful except for Justine. She's sure a terrible person, she's so rude and unprofessional. Its hard to believe she's allowed to talk to people like that till you meet the office manager. She's even worse! Not a place I recommend which is unfortunate because they have some good PAs.
Very disappointed at the front desks attitude and incompetence to verify benefits. I checked my insurance before and after going as walk in basis. My benefits were not explained she just charged me. I left because she had a bad attitude and very unprofessional. With her attitude and tattoo out (with Juan on her wrist) she has no rapport what so ever. Hopefully management talks to her before Dr Iglesias loses more patients.
