Very disappointed at the front desks attitude and incompetence to verify benefits. I checked my insurance before and after going as walk in basis. My benefits were not explained she just charged me. I left because she had a bad attitude and very unprofessional. With her attitude and tattoo out (with Juan on her wrist) she has no rapport what so ever. Hopefully management talks to her before Dr Iglesias loses more patients.
Extremely unprofessional environment. Poor communication and management issues were evident.
Front staff very rude you get there they see you in the window they don't even say hi can you hold on a minute. Nothing they talk to one another laugh and ignore you.
