I give zero stars!! Don’t waste your time at Norma Iglesias Clinic. The wait times are absurd and the staff’s behavior is completely unacceptable. Speaking as an experienced medical office specialist, I would never treat or speak to patients in a rude manner—it is completely unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs!
I recently visited Dr. Iglesias’s office as a walk-in because I was not feeling well. I arrived around 8:30 a.m. and was finished by approximately 11:30 a.m., which I did not think was bad considering the lobby was full, and the office was extremely busy. The front desk staff were friendly and worked steadily while answering phone calls, checking in patients, and assisting everyone who arrived. I've been going here over a year. Was giving the benefit of the doubt but mistake after mistake! You have an appointment they see you an hour or two later. Front desk doesn't know what their doing. Trying to get a referral or approval to see another doctor is like pulling teeth. This by far is the worst Clinic I've ever been to. I strongly suggest not going here.
Had an appointment at 10:30am it is now 11:27am and we still haven’t been seen front desk don’t care about your waiting . Why do they give you an appointment and then don't respect your time.Let’s see at what time I finally get out.Finally got out at 12:27
Just wanted to share what an amazing experience I had as a new patient with Dr. Norma Iglesias's office. From the front desk, the nurses, the girl who drew my blood- mind you I am a hard stick and she got it on the first try!! The most amazing to me was PA-Mr. Carlos Vela- he was so professional and so thorough when he went over my lab results. He identified health issues, I wasn't even aware of!
