I’ve worked with many insurance agencies in the past, but I’ve never experienced behavior as rude and unprofessional as I did in this case. My interaction with Norma was unexpectedly hostile and difficult. She repeatedly interrupted me, did not allow me to fully explain the situation, and did not request any documentation or photos before making assumptions. I first came in to get a quote for my business, Norma was wonderful and very, very sweet! She also asked if it would be alright to quote me for my personal cars, I said yes. The quote for the business was higher than what I already had so I kept my old one but the quote for my cars was a very good deal! Ever since they've been my go-to!
