Norma Contreras is amazing! She will educate you on insurance and set you up with coverage you need. Very pleased with having her as my agent.
My original review discussed Norma & Chris’ inappropriate behavior. Norma is flagging reviews in an attempt to cover up her dishonesty- In response to Norma, I am not going to allow you to shame me and put false information on the internet- again, this is a great example of your inappropriate behavior. You are lying about your software- I have an email from you saying you did, in fact, make a mistake however at that point I was no longer willing to work with you. I first came in to get a quote for my business, Norma was wonderful and very, very sweet! She also asked if it would be alright to quote me for my personal cars, I said yes. The quote for the business was higher than what I already had so I kept my old one but the quote for my cars was a very good deal! Ever since they've been my go-to! I recommended them to my mother and she also switched. I now only talk to Chris and he handles all my needs, new cards, new changes, new quotes, etc!
