Norm, Charlotte and Christine have been amazing with us from day one. Sadly due to family issues on the Gold coast we have to move away from the area. The team have been very supportive through this difficult time and we appreciate all their help from day one. They are not just professional, they listen, are compassionate and as helpful as is possible in any way possible. Saying goodbye to them today was like saying goodbye to family. I have built three project homes before, but this time I wanted to build with a “real” builder. I wanted a builder who understands our individual needs and who is not building 20+ homes at one time. I have nothing nice to say, so I’ll leave it at this. I regret building through NWC, I hope others are more careful and don’t fall for the sales talk and promises. If it doesn’t feel right, trust your intuition and walk away from this business. We told NWC that our initial budget was $650k but had some wiggle room because we wanted to add some “non standard” features.
