What a marvellous experience I had at Norm Reynolds Motors in Upper Ferntree Gully this week. I had a serious oil leak on my VW Tiguan car. Having contacted several garages over the past few weeks they refused to attempt to repair the problem and referred me to VW in Ferntree Gully.
