Bought my 2nd Subaru after hitting a deer with my very first subie within the first year and a half of having it. Jason Flemming sold me both vehicles! Jason and Devon are two amazing people they say there and working together to help us get into a car and they even stayed late to make sure it went through they didn’t pressure us into buying anything we didn’t want and he listened to what we wanted and he made it happen there is nobody I’d rather buy a car from except those two
I drove one hour, rainy day to get there and 5 minutes before my appointment they called saying the car I was interested in was sold last night!!!
I wasn’t planning on leaving any review but I think it’s important potential customers know previous customers experiences. I came here (because it was closer to me) after seeing a 2022 Subaru Outback wilderness at a showroom in McKinney. Marcus took care of us and allowed us to test drive the vehicle before making a purchase a decision. This is based off my experience and observations. Pros: They have Subarus. Technicians do good work. Fine looking facility. Cons: Understaffed in service area. Poor leadership and management. Low motivation. Some employees in wrong roles. Conclusion: It does seem to be the normal now and that is unfortunate. The 80/20 or 90/10 rule seems to be reversed these days and this dealership is an example of that. Unable to contact HQ by design so I suspect they have just accepted the way things are.
