Had to bring my vehicle in for backup camera recall. Called this place and scheduled my appointment. Arrived there as scheduled just to be told that they didn’t have part necessary. Why schedule me then? No apology. Called back 6 months later with them still telling me they didn’t have part! Called another Hyundai dealership, about 4 miles away from Norm Reeves, Harbor Hyundai. I brought my car in for 60,000 mile maintenance and the service was perfect. I brought my car in at 8:00 a.m at the time of my scheduled appointment and they took it right away. I waited there for the service to be done which was in total about 3 hours. My appointment was booked easily online through the Hyundai app after Norman Reeves sent a reminder that my service was due. They have a very nice waiting area. I have been to this location 3 times now and I have had the same issue multiple times. I opted to not say anything the first time but when it happend a second time I actually took the time to fill out their survey and noted it had happened before. The issue was minor (they inflated all tries to the same pressure when the front tires are supposed to be higher) and a service advisor reached out to make it right. Great dealership just don't like the wait for the service center. Dropped car off in middle of the night for check engine light ughhhh....
