Made a 9:30 AM appointment for a tire rotation. Since I drive an EV, I confirmed no additional services were needed. I was told the wait would be about 90 minutes, but after more than 2 hours, I was still waiting. I noticed technicians away for non-service activities while customers were waiting. I understand breaks are part of work, but the overall delay for a simple tire rotation was disappointing. I hope the dealership can improve scheduling and communication.

This thing suddenly fell down while I was driving My 2021 Hyundai Tucson. Is this normal? Shouldn’t there be some kinna plastic cover that should prevent it. Looks like the plastic cover is missing since my last service at your store. Can some Hyundai technician answer me, please? This vehicle has been serviced only at this store.

Had to bring my vehicle in for backup camera recall. Called this place and scheduled my appointment. Arrived there as scheduled just to be told that they didn’t have part necessary. Why schedule me then? No apology. Called back 6 months later with them still telling me they didn’t have part! Called another Hyundai dealership, about 4 miles away from Norm Reeves, Harbor Hyundai.
