Dropped my sister's car off for service they were quick friendly and punctual
Can't even get the transmission type of the car right and they will hound you relentlessly with phone calls and text messages
Came to get a car part replacement for free per the phone representative. Arrived, was told est 4 hours wait time. 5 hours later, still not done. 1 hour prior, sent a text to ask for any updates, no response. Sent another text just 9 min ago, no response (51 min gap from first text). First time here to have car for service, very disappointed. I should've went to the Honda dealer where I bought the car from. 24 min since my last text message, still no reply.
