Plan to leave you vehicle all day for an oil change. And that's with an appointment. Disappointing.. you guys can do better
Had my appointment at 9:20 am, went in for a B1 service which is just an oil change, an alignment, and inspection of fluids, filters and such. Got my Ridgeline back around 1 pm which is already way too long of a wait, especially since the promised time was 10:30 am. After driving off the lot, I noticed the steering wheel was tilted left when driving straight. So I took it back and instead of fixing it right away like they said they would, I see my truck parked and it’s almost 3pm and I’m still waiting. Don’t waste your time ... read more
