I am very disappointed with the level of communication, consistency, and customer service I have experienced with Norm Reeves Genesis of Irving. I would rate their service with negative stars if this were possible. I had my Genesis GV70 picked up for Valet service this week which was great, however when I called the dealership multiple times regarding the service, I was not able to connect with anyone, (sales, service, operator, collision, anyone) ALL DAY! I left multiple messages with no return call. Thankfully the car was returned and the service report said tires were rotated, which they were not. Ridiculous company. I gave vehicle last Monday for the AC issues. No update, no one picks up the call, assigned representative doesn't respond.
Until items are mailed to me as promised and for poor communication with a customer, this 1 star review will remain. Mailed the items as promised and Ill delete this.
