Summary: They had my Genesis for seven weeks. They failed to successfully repair the reason it was there. They did not complete an outstanding fuel-leak/fire-risk recall during that entire period, despite Genesis Corporate being told it had been completed. Then, when they wanted their loaner back, the situation suddenly became urgent enough to mention sending a repo truck. Though it always seems to take a bit longer than I expect, the service itself is the best!! And my car is always sparkling clean when I get it back! I would definitely recommend them! Also, my service rep took time to check into and correct an issue I had with the service reminder. Great service!!!
This is the crappiest customer service I have ever encountered…. Had an appointment for service for my Genesis this morning.. got here only to be told they don’t service Genesis anymore starting today… drove 50 freaking miles one way to get this news… can’t even let customers know by message or call prior
The Genesis Dealership in my town Irving TX is now Clay Cooley. Don't waste your time with Clay, go elsewhere. They won't service my 2024 Genesis, or yours at this location, only at Clay's Mesquite dealership, more than 40 miles away
