We purchased a new Genesis from Joshua Cartagena. He was knowledgeable, friendly, & super accommodating. The whole process, other than choosing the vehicle, was done from home. I’d highly recommend Joshua & Norm Reeves of Irving Genesis dealership.

I purchased a 2026 GV70 from this dealership in June. From the beginning, the experience was disappointing — the interior and exterior of the brand-new car were dusty upon delivery. We bought a new Genesis GV 80 from Norm Reeves in July, 2025. By October I had not received my registration sticker. I called and was transferred to Service. I left a message and sent a text as instructed. The next day I sent another text. Nothing. I called back and was sent to Service.
