I recently purchased a used Honda from Norm Reeves Genesis of Cerritos. While I expected a higher standard from a Genesis store, it couldn’t be more of the opposite. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Timeline: After signing Tuesday, I was promised a 3-4PM Wednesday pickup. I had to be the one to call them at 1 PM Wednesday, only to find out it wasn't ready. This left me stranded without a car for work on Thursday.
