Initial dealer named SKY scammed us by verbally saying we would be at an 11%-12% APR rate and even said to my mom that it was perfectly normal. After going back and forth with him about that, He switched us to a different manager on-site, and that manager was able to push our application to ******* financial, which got approved but was sitting at an APR rate of 8%. As a customer that has done business with Norm Reeves before I am extremely disappointed with a recent purchase, I have made buying a car from them. I recently bought a car that was 'as is' that had a major engine problem that was not disclosed at all with the purchase of the vehicle. Even a car being sold 'as is' should not have passed * safety inspection with a cracked turbocharger. This repair would've been incredibly noticeable before placing it for sale.

Antonio, I understand your frustration with having to have a repair done four months after your purchase. When we inspected the car before selling it there were no problems with the engine. We have no way of seeing what might fail in the future. We sold the car "as is" because of the age of the car. Yet, still believing it has many more miles of useful life left.
