Anybody work here? I call and call and no one ever answers. I get this automated message saying I can text the same number. I text it and no one responds.
Took my 2023 bronco wildtrack with only 14,000 miles, basically no codes no service. My truck loses power randomly while driving, I’m suspecting transmission issues as there are other people with this same issue. Also both rear window keep getting stuck! I bought a 2015 jeep in March of 2025 for 9,0000 but left with owning 22,000 or more I was told if I would like to buy and extend protection for any damages under the hood so I did and in July of 2025 the fuel pump went out protection nope didn't cover that then in the end of July 2025 the motor mounts where went out the car would move so I called cerritos of Ford because in 4 mouths the motor mounts and fuel pump shouldn't have been bad I called to speck to the manager never spoke to him he was always in a meeting so I spok... read more
I had an appointment and it still took 3 hours for them to complete the initial oil change and inspection. Then it took another 3 hours for the additional work that needed to be done. One time, it took over 4 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment. The service advisors are great and the techs to good work but their management and scheduling seem to need a complete overhaul.
