Everyone I talked to at Norm Reeves was super awesome, from the finance guy Kevin, to the sales manager and the sales rep Eduardo, they were super professional and courteous. I've been a regular consistent customer at Cerritos Norm Reeves since I bought my 2011 Ford Escape in 2012, off this very lot. I get all of my car service done here. I had a really good experience yesterday with my service rep. Mike Mosley. He was very knowledgeable and kind and assured me with good service.
