Service was complete and expedited as much as possible on a busy day because I was waiting. Staff was friendly and no attempt was made to upsale me to additional services.
First and foremost I'd like to say that I purchased my 2019 Infiniti QX50 from Cerritos Infiniti. It was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had and I have purchased a lot of cars. From the purchasing to the service it's been a stellar experience. Up until this past Friday (10/3/25). That Thursday my dog and I were running errands.
