Worse experience ever!
Infiniti/Nissan as a whole needs to find a better way to make Infiniti q50 theft protection free. It’s truly sad how easy it is for this car to be stolen. My q50 was reprogrammed and stolen in less than 5 minutes. I will NEVER EVER get another Infiniti. Although getting my car stolen was a literal nightmare, Tim Collin’s in the service department at Cerritos Infiniti took care of me and helped me get all my damages repaired.
