I purchased a 23 PRO-X Frontier used from Cerritos’s Nissan. . It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Simple, but thorough. I use their service dept as they are top notch. I pass 2 dealerships to use Cerritos Nissan for service. Krysta is extremely thorough and friendly. Makes it happen all the time.
Super helpful, appointment system was very easy. Promised my car between 9:45-10am I got it back at 9:15am and even washed it for me. Definitely coming back for my next service.
I couldn’t be happier with the customer service at the Cerritos location I have taken my 2024 Nissan Kicks to twice now! I had not planned on making this second trip as I had relocated to Burbank so my nearest dealership is now Glendale Nissan, but after their not answering their phone with two attempts to schedule an appointment, I reached back out to the Cerritos location (answered on first attempt) and was more than happy to have made the over one hour one way commute to have my car serviced.
