If you want your place to sit on the market forever with no digital marketting, use this guy. Did not keep his promise to discount commission as promised for a purchase WE made. We found the place, we set up a showing. We told him how much to offer. Full commission for 0 work or effort when he promised verbally a significant discount is just slimey. If you list with him, it is just open houses. And if he is too busy he send some housewife realtor. List with her. She wants your business and will work for it. Norm will not.
Norm is a great guy. Down to earth, and just a real human being, as opposed to some of the robots out there.
Dealing with Norm is such a refreshing change!! Honest, hardworking a great person!!!
