An amazing Insurance Company. We have been more than pleased with their services for decades. During Hurricane Helene, Norm was attentive and efficient with our needs thru our insurance claims for damages covered. We are so happy he represents our home, cars, business and other insurance needs. 5 stars + if that was possible. Deborah and George
Our home was damaged by a windblown tree during Helene. We are now on our third adjuster and State Farm claims that they have no photo from any of the adjusters. They have lowballed the claim by 50% and not allowed us to start work on our home effectively holding us hostage. Norm is clearly a salesman that does not stand by his product or support his clients. Please do not give these scam artists your money. We have been forced to hire an attorney and will work diligently publish a news story. Shame on you.
Excellent insurance agent! Norm is always super responsive, available, and explains things well. He has also given helpful information and advice we wouldn't have known otherwise. Disregard any negative reviews here complaining about an issue with State Farm itself; this review thread is supposed to be for Norm Lizarralde and his office, who are *always* professional, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend!
