The customer service and courtesy of the employees was incredible. They helped with finding exactly what we needed and the right size and what was available used and new. The palette rack decking as used wasn't quite the right size, too long, but they even cut them back to the size we needed and loaded the beams and decking before even telling us it's set and ready to be paid. Highly recommend.

They are always nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. The mechanic who came out and did our maintenance taught this newbie more about running and care for our LPG forklift, he went over and above. Great company; miles beyond the other companies around here!
Norlift was a pleasure to deal with. After getting quotes from a couple other companies and not being impressed, Norlift was the obvious choice. Excellent communication and Heath went above and beyond to make sure the job got done the right way!
