I called this company to ask them a simple question about water hardness and the person I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and condescending. I am a local contractor and I would not recommend them to anyone.
EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. Norlans was hired to help resolve Sulphur smell in water. After installing a system "that will solve the problem" the smell has persisted repeatedly for the last year. Servicemen take months to return, and pretend there is not a problem. After contacting another company it turns out Norlens installed a hard water filter system which will not remove the contaminants that cause the Sulphur smell. And the water still has high hardness levels. THANKS FOR NOTHING. WISH WE COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING.
