I called this company to ask them a simple question about water hardness and the person I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and condescending. I am a local contractor and I would not recommend them to anyone.
EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. Norlans was hired to help resolve Sulphur smell in water. After installing a system "that will solve the problem" the smell has persisted repeatedly for the last year. Servicemen take months to return, and pretend there is not a problem. After contacting another company it turns out Norlens installed a hard water filter system which will not remove the contaminants that cause the Sulphur smell. And the water still has high hardness levels. THANKS FOR NOTHING. WISH WE COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING.

I would highly recommend this family owned business for their professionalism, honesty and commitment to giving the customer the best water treatment system they could possibly offer! I had a complete system installed and the difference in my drinking water and household water is significant…my water sourced appliances will last longer too👏😀
From the service I received from Laurie, over the phone, to Tyler and Shawn stopping by my house to go over the system with me, I could not be happier. These people truly care for their customers and it shows! Tyler and Shawn were very thorough in their explanation and testing. I feel very confident in the system that my wife and I purchased from them and would recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Norlens!!
