I have seen a lot of his work and it is truly remarkable. Awesome details and beauty.
Mark Norlan has done two jobs for me. One was a retaining rock wall at a new home for a walk out basement. He did great. It was roughly $15k. But, I had a very strict contract with him on that project. The second project didn't go so smooth. As a matter of fact it has been a multi-month train wreck.
