VIP service with competitive pricing! They took such good care of me and my car. When the work on my car overlapped with an appointment they booked me an Uber there and back so I wasn't inconvenienced. I ended up paying less than they quoted. The owner and team clearly know what it means to take hospitality to the next level! I almost look forward to my next car issue :)
I am very disappointed with Norlang Auto Repair. I am an existing customer, and every time I bring my vehicle in, they keep adding unnecessary repairs. I came in for a simple radiator cap replacement, and two days later they told me I suddenly needed a brand new radiator. The same thing happened with my previous truck with misdiagnosed problems, unnecessary part replacements, and inflated estimates. Norlang service is top notch! They took care of my subaru STI recently and when there was a hiccup after the work was done, they sprung into action and came to pick my car up from where I work and leave me a rental to get me around. Turns out it was a loose connection causing a vacuum leak. Shout out to Jen and Jordan for all their help along the way. Would 100 percent take my subaru there again!
Norlang auto is the unicorn you’re looking for when it comes to automotive repair. I own Legacy Fire and I have had my fleet serviced by several automotive shops and have never been satisfied with the service until I came here.
