I have been going to Norlanco for all most 1 year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My PCP is also on top of my needs.

I called to make an appointment for my son today. They are closed due to it being Memorial Day. I was put on the phone with the on call people who told me the on call doctor would be in touch with in 30 minutes. That was 2 hours ago. I've wasted this time waiting on them. If they didn't want to deal with it, they should have said so. If they had, I could have had my poor son seen else where by now.
