Let me first start this review by saying I am a very patient person and rarely if ever take to reviews to express frustration but my experience with Noritz has been very unfortunate and I hope by detailing this it may save others. I have 5 small children and two people in my house with cancer, the last thing I need to worry about is hot water to bath people after long tough days.
