I am sure the work you do is great, but I sure didn't appreciate your driver cussing me out on Lipton St. as we moved a bunk bed into the back of a truck this morning Since he was able to get by with enough room to shout 'what's wrong with you people' after we politely explained that we would just be another minute - I don't see what the problem was.
