Our whole air conditioner unit went out. We called and made an appointment. Johnny came out made an assignment, and gave us his honest opinion. We were told that it was gonna probably cost a lot of money, but that wasn’t the case with Johnny. He quoted us a very reasonable price. And in one day, he had our whole unit completely changed. I contacted Nori heating and air conditioningand spoke with Johnny. I am in Arizona and dealt with him from there to help my mother-in-law with her air-conditioning issues. He was incredibly professional. Communication couldn’t have been better. Everything he said he would do was done on time 100%. I highly highly recommend using him for any heating and air-conditioning needs, you may have. I was beyond impressed as was my mother-in-law.
