Johnny with Nori's Heating and Air were great. Provided prompt service (was able to come out same-day) and resolved the issue with our AC unit. He explained every step of what he was looking for and troubleshooting as he did it until he isolated the problem. Highly recommend for anyone needing honest, quality heating and AC service!
We found Nori’s Heating and Air on Facebook and were super impressed from the start. They offered to come out the same day at 6pm, which was amazing, but we told them no rush and scheduled for the next day. Johnny was the tech who came out, and he was awesome, super friendly, professional, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
