I purchased 2 crowns for my granddaughters. For my upcoming wedding in December of this year, I have been trying to get ahold of the owner because the employees keep saying that they don't have the authorization except for today. Apparently, they told me they do. I am trying to exchange the 2 crowns for something that's more expensive. Because the style has changed and I'm being told that they don't accept returns. I purchased my daughter’s Quinceanera dress back in July of 2025 and we recently celebrated her Quinceanera. I had never been to Noris Bridal prior and was kind of skeptical at first since I had to leave a down payment for a dress we picked out of a catalog. The dress we ordered did not come in white, so it had to be specially made for my daughter. We picked the dress up in November. I was so relieved when I saw the dress. Don’t go here if you don’t want to get swindled. They sold an outfit for my child’s baptism under the pretense that they would be able to alter it. When we came back for alteration, they outfit was too large to alter, and when we wanted to swap it for a smaller outfit, the lady said the outfit was the same price when it’s clearly lower quality.
