We started with them on a bad note as the therapist we were meeting was pushing her own agenda and didn’t read the intake forms it seems..I raised wi th their admin who were very helpful in pairing us with someone who seemed experienced and licensed… but with her as well gradually we realised she is just sitting there and listening to us even after 12 sessions no coaching /no solutions. I would not recommend this therapy practice to anyone seeking services for their child. Before this incident, we had already been flexible with scheduling. When my daughter first started therapy, her sessions were originally scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Paola later asked if we could change them to 11:00 a.m., and then asked again if we could move them to 10:00 a.m. While we couldn't make the 10:00 a.m. time work, we adjusted our schedule to accommodate the 11:00 a.m. appointment because we wanted to be flexible and supportive of ... read more
My experience with Blue Stevenson and the practice was disappointing. After completing an intake and explaining what I was looking for, I was ultimately declined based on a hypothetical future concern rather than my current treatment needs. Given that this practice accepts Employee and Family Assistance Program referrals, where workplace-related concerns are common, I found the decision confusing and left feeling unheard. They charge you full price for no show its a decent service just not worth it thought id be refunded but couldnt they still charge you Its just not for me personally
