They charge you full price for no show its a decent service just not worth it thought id be refunded but couldnt they still charge you Its just not for me personally
I attempted to schedule an appointment for counseling support, only to be denied and lied to by Tina because I stated I needed emp support going through legal challenges. This policy is discriminatory and lacks empathy towards individuals who are seeking help during difficult times. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
I recently completed a number of sessions and I wanted to compliment this office for my experience. From the very start of the process, they were responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. My counselor was wonderful. She always made me feel good about myself and my struggles. The best part is that I have been able to utilize the things we talked about to help those in my life that have also been struggling. Thank You for everything
