It doesn’t take very much to see who be came doctor for money and who became a doctor to help people. Dr Vincent Noriega denied me medical attention. I have COVID and he refused to see me because I wasn’t an existing patient of his. Video appointment at that. I wouldn’t think any doctor that cares about anyone would deny medical attention to a Covid patient.
