The most delicious Japanese food in Melbourne. Omakase is very well priced and leaves you satisfied. The taste is authentic, using fresh local ingredients as well as special ingredients from Japan, like their seaweed (which makes a big difference). Kita san and the team provided amazing service, and entertained us from the counter serving us drinks to go with our food. Highly recommended!!
Loved the handrolls and chawanmushi — super tasty. Just note there’s a 90-minute dining limit, so it’s not ideal for long conversations. The space felt a bit cold and not really my style, but the food was definitely worth the price.
Went there with a friend who had already been there 3 times so I had quite high hope, and I was so impressed by the quality and portion of the sushi on top of the great price!!!! Such dedicated team there making amazing food and look after each and every customers!! The sashimi was so fresh and I was so full after the meal, which never happens to me after an Omakaze. I would go back again anytime!!!
Omakase on a budget! Came here to try their omakase set and if you’re looking to have a nice dinner/omakase out for a cheaper price, give this place a go! The CHAWANMUSHI was the star of the show and was the best dish, it was so fluffy and full of umami. There is definitely enough food in the set as well to make you full despite it just looking like small rolls/food items. The staff were also friendly and lovely.
