just wanted to write in response to the sole negative review posted six years ago by an anonymous google user... i've been working with norheim yost as their webmaster for 10+ years. i have found them consistently responsive and good karma people. there is no guarantee everyone will get along or work well together, and i'm sorry the other poster had a negative experience. i would just add that communication is a two-way street.
