Norgren built our home in 2021 and we have been very happy with the quality of the build. They have some of the best subcontractors, specifically for flooring, drywall and cabinets. When minor issues came up after we moved in, they were very responsive to come out and take a look and get it taken care of. Would definitely recommend them if you are considering building a home!

Unbelievably shabby work! Our lake home was built by Norgren in 2007. We have had endless water intrusion problems which has costed >$50,000 to correct. Our 3 season porch has been sinking and we discovered that the four posts supporting the stucture were placed without footings! We will now have to find a competent contractor to correct the problem, undoubtedly costing thousands more.
