Brought our dog Tank to Norgate animal hospital when he was having difficulties and the level of care he received was exceptional. I cannot recommend the wonderful staff and doctors highly enough for the compassion and heartfelt support they showed to our beloved pet. He deserved the best and I’m forever grateful to have brought him to such caring people. Thank you
I went through a handful of searches and reviews before landing on this clinic for an emergency visit, and I’m so grateful I did. My sweet dog started having complications and they were able to see her almost immediately at 9pm. They took my concerns seriously, were mindful of my budget, and helped me figure out the best course of action during a really difficult visit. Our 2 year old black lab cross decided he wanted to eat my wife’s dessert brownie an did. We live 90 minutes away at got there by 10pm. The team were very understanding and did all the processes and by midnight we’re headed back home. Highly recommend them.

This place takes advantage of people during an already heartbreaking situation and uses it as an opportunity to overcharge you. Be very careful about coming here. They’ll have you sign paperwork agreeing to one price beforehand, only to come up with a different price when you return to pick up your pet. When you’re already worried and emotional about your family member, the last thing you should have to deal with is unexpected charges.
