If you care about where you live, PLEASE READ. This is the worst place to live. Cockroaches, bed bugs, mold… They turn off the heat in winter to save money (while writing this, the heat is off and the weather is getting cold). They ignore calls. They tell you they will come to fix whatever needs to be fixed but they never get it done. Our fridge is broken and almost dead but they don’t care, they refuse to replace it. Les blattes(cockroaches)!!!! Les employés au bureau et d'entretien extrêmement incompétents. Des livraisons Amazon se font volés. Tu ne veux pas vivre ici.
1565 Ouimet was infested with cockroaches. Management arranged for treatments but due to cleanliness issues in other apartments it did not have any effect.
