This law firm was a complete disaster. I had a horrible experience with them and strongly advise against using their services. They are the epitome of incompetence. Karl provided excellent legal representation in protecting me from a very difficult and aggressive tenant who would not vacate my home at the end of the lease, and even had the audacity to sue me for not renewing the lease, when it was within my legal rights.
