Shambles of a place….loads missing from the menu and non delivery of items that were ordered. Staff poorly trained (felt sorry for them) and very basic food when it arrived. Would give this place a wide berth.
Bar staff were so indifferent to my presence at the bar, eventually when I was served, two of the meal options were not available, with no apology of explanation as to why. Seemed to be full of locals who were getting different treatment. We left.
Recently visited the Norfolk Tap whilst in Arundel. Unfortunately the beer that I wanted to try was unavailable but I tried another one (couldn’t get the name of it) which was very nice. The atmosphere was great but unfortunately the service was a bit slow, I think that is more a reflection on management for only having one person behind the bar during the lunch hour. Overall it was a good experience just the service let it down.
30 mins wait for 2 burgers and additional 30 mins waiting for a dessert. Food was not worth the high price (17 quid for a burger!!).
